What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in some cases?

Talking about abortion, I'm pro abortion. i think our world is becoming more poisonous everyday and most of the child will only suffer with the human cruelty. I'm sure that if a woman wants to interrupt his pregnancy is because she is convinced of what is she doing. I think in all cases an abortion should be legal, specially when the life of the mother is in risk or when the pregnancy is product of a sexual abuse.

What is your opinion about tattoos?

I like very much the tattoos, i think tattoos looks great on the people in any part of the body. Personally i don't have tattoos, when i was younger i wanted to have a tattoo, but my parents refused to that and say to me: "while you are living in my house, you have to follow our rules." That was very sad, now i could have a tattoo, but i have many other priorities in my life and i'm not fifteen anymore haha.

What is your opinion about the Chilean tradition called ‘mechoneo’?

Mechoneo is one of the worst traditions in Chile, i really hate that and i can't understand why we have to humiliate our careermates when they came into the university. A time ago i readed about the history of mechoneo and was awful, i don't know if is true, but the article says that when the sons of the working class people finally could get into the universities, the sons of the bourgeois class invented the mechoneo to humiliate them.

What is your opinion about owning an exotic pet?

Any animal should live in their own habitat and bringing exotic pets that are not familiarized with the human civilization to the cities is a sin that could not be permitted. Otherwise, dogs and cats are sweetness animals in the world, what kind of people could want another type of pet? 

Postgraduate Studies

When I finish my career, I'd like to study so many things and I don't know what i will choose then. In first place, I'd like to study in another country, I have been thinking in Brasil to study about their popular music like choro or bossa nova and also know about their classical music too for the clarinet. Other place that I'd like to visit and study in is Belgium, where most of the best clarinetists in the world have studied. Other things that I've been thinking to study are musical production and cultural management, these subjects I would study here in Chile, because I don't think that is necessary to learn those things abroad. The musical composition is another thing that I would like to study, but being a so long career I'm not sure if I would hold on with that, I suppose that are some masters to learn about musical composition that not so long in time.

 The reasons are so diverse, the first option is because I think I will never finish my education in clarinet, and getting into new courses of the clarinet i would continue my education in the musical interpretation. The options of musical production and cultural management are because I like to help in the musical works and to distribute them. Finally, the musical composition is a thing that i always liked, but I'm not sure if i need to take a course to learn how to compose, today is my last option, anyway, I think I will enjoy it so much.

PETS

The dog in the picture is my pet named Doqui. He is a very adorable one-eyed dog and is a mix between chow chow and samoyed. He arrived to my house when he was a three month puppy and today he is a three years super stupendous dog. My father bring him to home when one of his friends told him that Doqui was needing an adoptive house.

 This picture was taken about six months ago and here you can see his sweet gaze, his black tongue, his blonde hair and his adorable face. Also, you can see his brown carpet with dog pictures, he loves it and sometimes i see him caressing his face with it. The picture was taken in his (our) yard who is in the front of my house and was taken with my phone camera, so, i'm very sorry for the bad quality of the photo.

 This picture have become my favourite because i usually don't take photos and here i feel i have captured his innocence. But don't think he is all sweetness, he loves the street and learned how to open the fence so, if i don't close it with a chain he run away to past some hours with his dog friends of the neighborhood with whom he have a really dangerous gang. They don't accept foreign dogs and don't let them be near of their street. Doqui don't like people strange too and is very suspicious, because of that it's difficult to win his love, so i feel very fortuned to be his friend.

My future job

The job i would like to do is in musical performance, it can be in orchestra or in a chamber ensamble. Also, i'd like to be music performer in other kind of montages like in theater or free performances. It would be very nice and i imagine that job as outdoors and indoors, depending of the kind of performance that i will have to do.

 Of course i would like to travel very much and show to many people the work that i am doing, i hope someday i can be in a tour around Asia and spend many time in Japan, i think the perfect tour could be in Japan only.

 The salary i think it would not be bad but i will never become a millionaire being a musician. Anyway, i only need to have a quiet house to be happy and a place to play music, obviously.

 During my free times as music performer, i'd like to compose music for movies and theater. I hope someday David Lynch calls me to invite me to compose the music for one of his movies.

 As you can think, the musician life is hard, but there are so much things in where you can work and  many disciplines that need musicians to run as it must be.

My favorite TV show, movie or anime

 Today i'm going to talk about one of my favorite movies, it is called Blue Velvet. It was made in 1986 and directed by David Lynch.
 The movie is about a young man who returns to his parents home after his father suffers a disease. Once in the town, the young man finds an human ear in the grass and he wants to discover anything about that ear and he came into very much troubles because of it, like being beaten by a crazy maniac and his gang. The genre of the movie is psychological horror.
 The movie stars are Kyle McLahlan, Laura Dern, Dennis Hopper and Isabella Rosellini with a magnificent work of the last two. I'm not sure, but i think that Lynch used all these actors in his others work, or at least almost of them.
 The first time i watched it was when i was 17 and i get in love with the movie and the Lynch's work, that was the first work directed by him that i saw.
 The soundtrack is other good thing into the movie, the main theme was the reason to call the movie Blue Velvet and is a song from the 60's by Bobby Vinton, other good song from the movie is In Dreams by Roy Orbison. The original orchestral music is very good too, composed by Angelo Badalamenti and ispired by Shostakovich.

Things i hate and like about university, career

There are many things i hate about the university, in first place the very depressing space we have in arts with no grass and no playground. Every year the elevator breaks down and i have to climb to the 10th floor on stairs. Other thing i hate about the university is how the arts faculty is neglected and how poor is the infrastructure here, we have very ancient and in very bad condition musical instruments, we have the worst classrooms in Universidad de Chile (worst than in Las Encinas), some of the people who works there are inefficient and we have to wait for a lot of days to get a response to the requests we make. The internet platform doesn't works as well and always we have problems to enroll our classes. In arts actually we have no university cafeteria so we can't buy food in the university we and must go to the Espacio M mall and become a consumerist.

 The last year i needed some documents from the university and in study secretary they told me that if i want those documents, i must go to Torre 15 and buy some stamps, then go to study secretary again and make a request that should be replied in a week, but it delayed almost two weeks. I love U de Chile.

 We have a few good things in arts like the beers after class in the alleyway out of the school, we have the next taca taca national champion Valentín Maldonado and a lot characters in the faculty.

The best concert i've had

The best concert i've ever had was in the year 2009 in movistar arena, that time was the first time that Sonic Youth performed in Chile and was a very good experience. That time i was 18 years old and Sonic Youth was the band that i never thought i could see in a concert. Sonic Youth i an american band who was formed in the 80's and their music is a mix between post-punk, garage rock, noise and experimental music, i listened to them since i was a child and when i knew that they where coming to Santiago i started to save money to buy a ticket.

 When the day has come i arrived early to the event and the opening bands were very bad, one was called Energúmeno and the other Betty Boy. I remember that day there was a soccer match between Chile and Perú, and most of the people preferred to see it in the giant TVs of the arena in place of the opening bands. The atmosphere was very great and when Sonic Youth entered to the stage everything went better. They played a lot of songs of their disc Daydream Nation, because this concert was in the celebration tour of the 20th anniversary of the disc. I enjoyed it because that concert can resume all the musical taste of my adolescence.

 Regrettably, the band doesn't exists anymore and i will no be able to see them again, but i feel good to having seen them that time.
